“ The BEST wings in Markham, Fire Wing Station is a hidden gem. for those that know, they know and refuse to go elsewhere. The Station Deal combo is the best bang-for-your-buck you can get in this economy. The portion of food is bountiful and in most cases leaves me with extras, and for only 20 (if picking up). My personal recommendation is Messy Sweet Heart, it’s spicy and sweet with some ranch on top. Consistently their food is high quality, not just their wings, their wraps, burgers, fries, etc I have never had a bad experience with their food. My friends and I have eaten from Fire Wing Station basically every Friday for the last 2 1/2 years, we’ve dubbed the day Fire Wing Friday and look forward to it every week (See photo for proof). Every week my friends and I order on average 6 Stations deals with the most at one point being 14 Station deals and still they manage to have the food ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes every time. Even as a white person I have tackled all of their flavours and different levels of spice. The City of Jaffna is no joke. The spice level up from 4x to 6x isn’t either. However I think most people can handle a majority of their spicy flavours around the 2x spice level. ”

“ Best wing spot in Markham. Wings are always tasty. Sweet & sweat is my usual go-to. Both sides are amazing. Hard to choose between their fries or onion rings . So get both. Their chilli onion fries are on another level because of their fries. I just wish there was dine-in seating. ”

“ I tend to try to switch the wing places I choose for the Super Bowl. This time I found a place I found really good. Fire Wing Station is a chicken wing restaurant with over 100 different flavours. The ones that I tried where; Red Chili BBQ and Honey Brown Girl and Honey Garlic ”
“ Amazing selection of wings. Apart from the many flavours, the wings themselves were super crispy and juicy. Very high quality. The chili onion fries are a must have. There is a spicier version of this too with knockout sauce! My favourite flavour was the Jaffna (kinda like a Hakka flavour). It is the highest spice level but I think it’s manageable by most who like spicy. My other favorite is Devils Ranch. I think everyone will like that flavour as it’s creamy and spicy. You can adjust spice levels to your liking. Honey Garlic is another crowd favorite. The boneless versions are super crispy and awesome as well. Some flavors I wouldn’t recommend are anything Jerk related. They do serve halal but have limited quantities so if it’s a big order, let them know a day in advance. ”

“ The owner and his family are very generous and loyal to their customers! So much so that after I expressed my love for their food the owner personally made a tiramisu large enough to feed 3 families for my birthday! I am forever grateful. All of my friends and my family had a bite and said it was really good. If you want to try the tiramisu yourself it’s available to order, I didn’t even know they did the dessert. Fire Wing Station can really do it all. That’s not all! As a birthday gift the owner signed my custom made “Fire Wing Friday” Bib!
